Who we are

NOW Digital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arqiva. NOW Digital operates DAB multiplexes around the UK. In addition, NOW Digital operates multiplexes on behalf of NDEM (NOW Digital (East Midlands) Ltd), SWDR (South West Digital Radio Ltd) and Arqiva Ltd.

We are very sorry but we do not have the resources to answer listener's general questions about DAB so please do not email or forward others emails regarding this, as we can not guarantee a quick response. Instead, please contact Digital Radio UK's consumer website at www.getdigitalradio.com.

With regard to queries specifically relating to our multiplexes, we will endeavour to acknowledge all emails received, and investigate problems with reception where we have enough information (e.g. full postcode).
